Approved uploads are displayed on the website, can be found in categories, through tags, searches and on users' profiles. On the other hand, non approved uploads/posts can only be shared by the user via the direct link and they cannot be found on your Clooud site.

This gives the admins the option to monitor strictly what is published on your site.
